Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns for:

Size Exchanges
