Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

All merchandise orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times


  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are made to order or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns for:


  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Preference changes

However, we will gladly assist with the following issues.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:


  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will either:


  • Send a replacement item, or

  • Issue a store credit

Size Exchanges

If a size exchange is needed, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be:


  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Clearance items

  • Custom or limited edition merchandise

  • Gift cards

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if:


  • An item is defective

  • The item cannot be replaced

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, the order may already be in production or shipment and cannot be changed.
